INTERNATIONALISATION HANDBOOK • A key deliverable from TACTICS WP4 & TF1 AA1 • Will follow the steps in the “Internationalisation Journey” • Will address the Why? for Internationalisation • Will address the How? for Internationalisation • Will link to the other Handbooks for the five other themes in TACTICS

  3. HANDBOOK “CUSTOMERS” • Cluster managers – who will use the Handbook for the benefit of: • The cluster organisation • Cluster members, especially SMEs • Policy makers and funders of cluster initiatives • What do the Customers & the EC need? • How should the Handbook be delivered?

INTERNATIONAL CLUSTER COOPERATION: ACTION AREAS • Better Support for the Internationalisation of Cluster Initiatives (lead - NWDA) • Turbo-Charged Intercluster Initiatives (lead - Veneto) • Funding transnational / international activities through innovative financing mechanisms (lead - Oseo) • International Access to Platforms - Pilot Plants, Centres of Excellence etc (lead - VINNOVA) Also - Better Skills for Internationalisation (lead - TMG & Cluster Excellence)
