HANDBOOK “CUSTOMERS” • Cluster managers – who will use the Handbook for the benefit of: • The cluster organisation • Cluster members, especially SMEs • Policy makers and funders of cluster initiatives • What do the Customers & the EC need? • How should the Handbook be delivered?
