The changes are connector. • - The components model name are ; • FPGA : A3PE3000L-FG896 • SRAM : 3DSR16M32VS4085 • - The interface connectors model name are ; • Between PDM and CCB : MicroD MDM with 37 pins(?) • Between EC and PDM : FX2- 120S-127SV with 120 pins(?) • Power and J-tag : DEMM 9PD(DEMM 9SD)(?)
PDM board-ASIC EC board connector ① PDM board ② ③ FX2-120S-12SV size : ~1cm x ~10cm (Datasheet value is a little small) ①, ②, ③ width : ~1cm FX2-120S-127SV connector is possible. But the FX2-120S-127 connector clustered together in the corner of the PDM board. Because, FPGA and SRAM need via hole. Because the connector is too big, the available space for PDM board’s function are quite limited. So is there any possibility to the smallest connector?
