Inclusion Inclusion – (action verb) Including everyone’s voice and talents. Inclusion is being open to a variety of ideas, knowledge, perspectives, approaches and styles from everyone, ensuring that everyone is allowed to bring their best to the home, workplace, church or whatever organization you are in to maximize success.
