In this pursuing common advantage course, the objectives of community development is coming out. The behavior derived out can promote the motivation of the community development. And, it can be said that the community development can create a novel culture and vision for community residents. Currently, our community is devoting to build a safe community and health caring welfare system to meet the residents’ demands, and therefore attempts to create a vigorous “health community.”

Managing Taiwan from Small Community • Six topics at Six-star Health Plan of Taiwan Community are 1) business promotion, 2) community safety, 3) health and welfare care, 4) cultural education, 5) environmental protection, and 6) landscape improvement. With the helps of the plan, Taiwanese can pursue a healthy Taiwan and condense the citizenship obligation. 2. The six-star health plan is not only a plan with above objectives, but also creates a common value that the community development and promotion is very important for every resident in their daily life.
