Easter. This is my Easter presentation. Jesus enters Jerusalem. So basically, Jesus enters Jerusalem on muleback and everyone greets him as a king….. Except the Pharisees, they want to kill him because they think He's the devil. Story behind Jesus entering Jerusalem. The last supper.

  2. Jesus enters Jerusalem

  3. So basically, Jesus enters Jerusalem on muleback and everyone greets him as a king….. Except the Pharisees, they want to kill him because they think He's the devil. Story behind Jesus entering Jerusalem

  4. The last supper

  5. So, in this picture Jesus is having his last meal before he dies. He then tells his disciples that one of them is going to betray him for money, while he’s saying this, he’s looking at Judas who leaves when he says the word “Betray” explanation

  6. The Garden

  7. In this picture, Jesus is praying to God so hard that he’s actually sweating blood. He asks God why he had forsaken Him. Then, Judas comes with soldiers and kisses him on the cheek. Then, the soldiers restrain Jesus and the sleeping disciples, Peter then, cuts a soldiers ear off, and precedes to fight the soldiers, then Jesus tells Peter that whoever lives by the sword dies by the sword.   8. Jesus taken to prison and flogged

  9. In this picture, Jesus is taken to prison and sentenced to flogging. He is flogged and presented with a crown of thorns, then mocked. Explanation

  10. Jesus sentenced to death

  11. In this picture, Jesus is sentenced to death by the people of Jerusalem and by Pilate, one of the most important men in Rome’s government. explanations

  12. Jesus on the cross

  13. In this picture, Jesus is now close to death, He is hanging on the cross, He says he is thirsty, the romans give him a sponge filled with vinegar He refuses to drink it, though. He asks God to forgive the people who are killing Him. Then, He says “It is finished”, and dies. Explanations

  14. As you saw in the last picture, Jesus died. God is now pouring down his wrath on Jesus. He then splits the temple at the veil that covers the entrance to the Ark of the Covenant releasing His spirit to the people and not just the ‘Chosen Ones’. God’s wrath

  15. Jesus resurrected

  16. In the last picture of this powerpoint Jesus is resurrected after three days of being dead and after 40 days he went to the Mount of Olives and floated back to Heaven Explanations
