myGovernment Portal Start Become A Member Now WELCOME to myGovernment PUBLIC SERVICE PORTAL • This portal offers an extensive array of government related information and services. It is designed as the single gateway to information and services provided by the • Malaysian Government via the internet. Through myGovernment, one is linked to more than 900 government agencies websites nationwide. • In addition, the myGovernment Public Service Portal also promises further benefits and privileges to registered members by providing the following services: • A dedicated myPortal page. A registered member will be able to personalize the content of this page to suit individual needs and preferences. • Additional online services. These are online services that reside in the myGovernment portal, and are only available to registered members. • myFavourite Links. This can be categorized into 2 sections; Government Links and Online Services Links. These are lists of government web sites and online services available on the portal. A registered member will be able to personalize these sections by selecting from an extensive list of government web sites and online services links. • myOnline Transactions that lists the online service transactions performed over the past 6 months by a registered member. Through this the registered member is able to track the statuses of the online transactions performed. (Note: only transactions for online services that reside within the myGovernment portal will be tracked. Transactions for online services conducted at the various government agencies’ web sites will not be maintained in this list) • myDocuments. A registered member will be able to upload and store documents (e.g. copy of IC, passport-sized photo etc) to the myGovernment portal. These documents are usually needed as supporting documents when transacting with the various government agencies online. • myMessaging. A registered member can send and receive messages to and from government agencies for various enquiries on government related matters. • myCommunity. A registered member can subscribe to various communities, and can send and receive messages to and from these communities via Messaging Center. • Alert Services. When a registered member subscribes to the alert services, he or she will receive an e-mail alert when new messages arrive in the respective My Message Box or when new online services are available on the portal. Authentication identity number with JPN 3. Receive activation email from system admin 3. Receive authentication failure email from system admin 4. Click the link specified in the email for activation 4. Account will be deleted and required to re-register with valid information 5. Sign Up as PERMANENT RESIDENT • Must have important information as below; • Valid myPR • Full Name as per myPR • Valid email address 1. Register at myGovernment Portal 2.. Authentication identity number with JPN 3. Receive activation email from system admin 3. Receive authentication failure email from system admin 4. Click the link specified in the email for activation 4. Account will be deleted and required to re-register with valid information 5.
