Reregistration • All Clubs need to reregister! • Registration expires July 1st • Form to reregister is on the Club Alliance Website • Must have: • President and Treasurer’s : Name, N#, Phone # & Email Address • Advisor’s: Name, UNF Phone # and UNF Email • All Members’: Names & N#’s (At least 10)

Club Funding Each club is eligible for $300 after one semester in good standing with Club Alliance To get club funding, a member of the club must go to a Club Funding workshop The club President and Treasurer must take the quiz online via Black Board You Cannot access funding until workshop and quiz are complete You will need to fill out a new signature card found online or in the Club Commons and turn it in to the Business and Accounting office

  4. Budget Boost • Once your club has been active for 1 year, you are eligible for up to $200 per request! • You can apply for as many Budget Boosts as you want!!! NO CATCH! 2013-2014 Changes • Last year you were required to fill out form and pitch what the funds were for in person at a Club Funding Board Meeting • Now all you need is a written request • Decision on funds will be made by club funding board and relayed to club within 5 business days

  5. Sunday August 25th 5:00pm-8:00pm • Tabling in the Student Union Plaza • Clubs must sign up by emailing us at sgacluba@unf.edu. Deadline to reserve space is Wednesday July 31st. • Free food!

  6. Club Fest • September 26th 10:00am-3:00pm • Carnival Theme!!!

  7. Facebook Spotlight • Make a photo collage that represents your club and how you represent the UNF brand promise • Your collage will be featured on the official UNF Facebook page • Contact Sherry Hays in the public relations department for more information Sherry.hays@unf.edu

  8. Communications Coordinator • CA to club communication: email, website and monthly newsletter. Complete master club meeting calendar; will assist with: branding, club awareness and assist in daily tasks within Club Alliance. • Events Coordinator • Assists in planning all Club Alliance Events: Club Fest, President’s Luncheon, Spring Bash and President’s Gala. Also assist clubs regarding event planning and daily tasks within Club Alliance. Applications Due: June14th All receive $800 Scholarship

  9. July 12th General Meeting • If you attend the July 12th meeting and have been a registered club for one semester you automatically have access to your funds • There will be food!
