ERP Custom - Flow Chart ERP Custom Flowchart
Lighting examples • Group re lamping and re ballasting • Lighting fixture retrofit • Occupancy sensors • De lamping ERP Project Categories • HVAC and Process loads examples • VFD and smart controls • CAV to VAV • Motors, economizers, OSA • Demand controlled ventilation • Data Center & Server Room air flow management • Plug loads and Sustainable IT • ERP Express for IT- server virtualization, UPS replacement, desktop virtualization • ERP Express for offices- smart strips, timers, power management
Project 1 – IT Services Server Virtualization Project: Built virtual environment consisting of 6 servers. Removed 67 physical servers which were converted to virtual.
Project 2 – AS Server Virtualization Project: Built virtual environment consisting of 10 servers. Removed 33 physical servers which were converted to virtual. Standard calcs were significantly less than calculated method Most P2V expected this year – these numbers will grow Infrastructure supports significantly more VMs then P2V Not relevant since incomplete
Project 3 – Gates Server Room (in process) • Project: Energy Retrofit of Gates Server Room • installing VFDs on 4 CRAH units • adding containment curtains & panels • adding HVAC controls • Will complete as first ERP Capital Project
Project 4 – Servers for Sponsored Research (in process) Project: Develop Incentive Funds to encourage Servers to be moved to most energy efficient space – Sponsored Research Only
Project 5 – UPS for Earth Sciences Project: Purchase New UPS for installation of Mass Spectrometer • Contractor spec’d Eaton • Main concern was space • Sustainable IT Suggested Mitsubishi • Mitsubishi DP 1100 was: • Smaller • More energy efficient • Lighter • Less Expensive • No ERP funds since efficient choice was lowest cost
