12.2 Demonstrate how the tool manages budget data requests (BDRs) including the ability to issue and collect responses to data calls. BFEM Methods • When an organization is promoted the system sends out emails • System also has a feature to send emails when a document type is uploaded. 12.4 Demonstrate the tool’s ability to send automated notifications within the system and through e-mail based on workflow events. BFEM has the ability to create email lists for a particular document type. This will notify the selected users when there are changes to the document type. Select the “Email List” function in the “Document Type” actions menu. To add all available users to the email list, click the “Assign All” button, or click on each of the available user and it should move the individual to “Assigned Users”. Click the “Save” button to commit the changes.
