LBNL EEIP Program

This project aims to move the EEIP program from the pilot to the production stage, aligning with laboratory needs. Project deliverables include a revised program, expanded team, metrics/dashboard, and DOE report by FY12 end. A revised process team structure will feature surveyors, inspectors, technicians, and schedulers to improve efficiency. Additional resources will enhance hardware support for effective implementation.

  4. Team Structure • Surveyors (based in the divisions) • Many qualified persons • Scheduler • Estimate 50% FTE • Inspectors • Should have 6 inspectors • More based in divisions if desired • Repair Technician • 1 person, could improve to 2 or 3
