  2. Introduction • New Administrative Services Web Site. • Departments will create, edit and publish their Administrative Services Web Site Portion. • Updating is very similar to changing a word document.

  3. Introduction Continue • Create, edit, and publish department web pages using Contribute. • Submit newsletter and calendar events for update through web. • ISD will support web site. • Call x7368 for SRTS help request.

  7. NEWSLETTER & CALENDAR EVENT UPDATE • Newsletter Submission • Login • Submission • Changes • ISD will publish • Calendar Event Update • User login • Submit for approval

  8. Inserttextto a page Pick the page you want to add text, then click on edit

  9. Inserttextto a page “continue” Enter your text. You can choose font style and size, then click on Publish

  10. Create alinkto a page Click on Link and pick on one of the following: 1) Drafts and Recent Pages 2) Create New Page 3) Browse to Web Page 4) Email address 5) File on My Computer Click on Publish after you have finished editing a page

  11. 1) Create alinkto a Drafts and Recent Pages a) Pick a draft or recent page b) Type in link text c) Click OK then Publish

  12. 2) Create alinkto a New Page a) Click the new page you want b) Type in link text c) Type in new page title d) Click OK then Publish

  13. 3) Create alinkto a Web Page a) Type in link text or b) Type in web address or browse the page you want to link c) Click OK then Publish

  14. 4) Create alinkto E-mail Address a) Type in link text here b) Type in the email Address here c) Click OK then Publish

  15. 5) Create alinkto file on My Computer a) Type in link text b) Browse the file you want to link c) Click OK then Publish

  16. Create a New Page Click here to add a new page

  17. Create a New Page “continue” Click here to add blank page Enter your page title here, then click OK.

  18. Insert an Image Click on Image and pick “From My Computer” or “From Website”. You can edit an image by right clicking it and pick Edit Image from the dropdown menu.

  20. Creating a Table “continue” a) Enter a number of rows and columns for table size b) You may pick a header position and enter in options, then click OK then Publish

  21. Creating a Table “continue” You can do a right click on the table for options in editing

  22. Newsletter Submission – You must use the internet browser Click on News from side menu

  23. Newsletter Submission “continue” Click on News Submission. You will be able to add, edit or delete news item.

  24. Newsletter Submission “continue” Login into Newsletter Submission System with ID and password assigned by ISD

  25. Newsletter Submission “continue” Click on Edit Newsletter for your department

  26. Newsletter Submission “continue” Click here to Add News Item

  27. Newsletter Submission “continue” Add New Headline and click on Insert record

  28. Newsletter Submission “continue” Click on Edit or Delete to edit or delete messages from headline

  29. Newsletter Submission “continue” Add your newsletter message announcement and click on Update Record, then return to News Submission and log off News. Your Newsletter will be reviewed and published by ISD

  30. Calendar Submission – You must use the internet browser Click on Calendar button from main page

  31. Calendar Submission “continue” Click on any day of the month to enter the calendar edit screen.

  32. Calendar Submission “continue” Click here to Login and go back to your calendar to edit by clicking on any date from the calendar

  33. Calendar Submission “continue” Click on any day of the month to enter the calendar message for that day

  34. Calendar Submission “continue” Click Add New Entry

  35. Calendar Submission “continue” c) The Participants should be Public Access, then click save. Click on any date again To get the logout screen. b) Click on Scheduling for the date to post your entry a) Enter a Brief Description and a Full Description.

  36. Calendar Submission “continue” Click on “logout” to Finish. Notify ISD for calendar entry approval
