  1. Internship Guidelines Summer 2017 Semester

What to Do: • Email Soft Copy of Résumé to OPA • Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time (Only If required, Not Mandatory). • Submission of the Organization’s Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10 days of joining the organization. • Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor. • Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor. • Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor. • Submission of Final Report to OPA

  3. Internship Report: • Student is expected to prepare and submit an Internship Report during the semester. • Two types of Internship Reports (Discuss with your academic and organizational supervisor on which format you should or want to work on). • Internship Affiliation Report • Internship Research Report • The proposal and report format must be followed for the specific type of report.

  4. Some Important Dates: Internship defense will be held in AIUB Campus Buildings 1 and 5 in Banani 1. Submission of First Draft : 23rd July 20172. Submission of Final draft report to the faculty supervisors  : 20th August 20173. Final Report submission to the Teaching Assistants (TA) : 28th August 2017 (BBA) & 29th August 2017(MBA)4. Date of Viva : 7th September 2017 If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA under notification to the students.

  5. Some Important Points: • Keep regular contact with Supervisor & OPA. • Provide every update about your internship to OPA & Supervisor in due time. • Check your e-mail account regularly. • If you are posted outside Dhaka, contact through email or phone. • Must keep your cell phone active [The number given in your CV and to OPA]
