LOGGING IN • Username: 9 digit TIN number • One login per firm • No dashes • No spaces • Password – First time user • welcome (all lowercase) • Password – Forget? • Supply TIN (in username field) • “Reset Password” button • Answer security question(FYI –have it relate to the firm) • To reset (supply TIN) email Susan.Dodd@illinois.gov or Jenni.Nelson@illinois.gov

SUBCONSULTANT DOCUMENTATION • WHENto upload documentation • If selected for a job • After complete proposal package is received by Central Office • Otherwise the contract will not be available on database • What is being requested to be uploaded? • Copy of signed Subconsultant agreement(s) • Subconsultants’ disclosure forms

Continuing Disclosure Forms • WHY is this requested? • Per Senate Bill 51 • “In accordance with PA 96-0795, prime and sub consultants • With multi-year contract-required to recertify by July 1st of each year • For projects advertised after July 2010 (anything PTB 157 & on) • (Not needed if job is completed, but submit Affidavit of Completion)
