  20. The moderated debate does not have speakers read their position papers. The one who wants to speak raises the placard and the moderator picks him/her. The moderated debate ends when the time is up or someone makes a motion to end it.

  22. When the Speaker List is over, a delegate may make a motion to be added to the speaker list, or to start to write the resolution paper.

  27. The speakers that are elected get to go to General Assembly to read the committee’s resolution, and see if the assembly passes it.
