Veterans day is not to be confused with memorial day. • 5. veterans day celebrates the service of all us military veterans while memorial day is a day of remembering the men and women who died while serving.

  4. Subordinating Conjunctions • Subordinating conjunctions connect two ideas by making one idea dependent on the other. • The subordinating conjunction always introduces the dependent clause. The dependent clause is NOT a complete sentence- example- Since we were late, … • When the dependent clause comes first, it must be separated from the independent clause with a comma. If the dependant clause comes second, no comma is needed.
