SRCDS: Professional Orientation Program (POP) • Same Process new format • Majority of the program is electronic located in the Professional Growth System (PGS) • Portfolio Requirements sent to HR (paper chase) • Documentation of the Appeals Process • Final FEAPS assessment by team and signatures • Mentor Team’s Final Recommendation Form • The POP participant must complete all POP requirements plus IP Level 1 requirements

SRCDS: Professional Orientation Program (POP) • Observations: • 10 Minimum Observations plus one 1st Semester Evaluation • Building Administrator :2 formal, 4 informal (these are tied into the Evaluation System to eliminate duplicate of effort), and One 1st semester evaluation • Mentor Peer: 2 formal • Mentor Other Educator: 2 formal • All observations require a Pre and Post Conference

  4. SRCDS: Professional Orientation Program (PIP) • Electronic process in PGS • Process for PIP is located in the Instructional Evaluation Manual
