  3. What do we mean by Partnership? “ a process in which two or more organisations or groups work together to achieve a common goal, and do so in such a way that they achieve more effective outcomes than by working separately “

  4. Why do partnerships form? Should we work in partnership? Is partnership working appropriate for your organisation? Who should your partners be?

  6. Setting up – the early stages • Defining roles and responsibilities • Establishing a workable structure • Establishing a clear focus • Building the capacity of key partners to get involved

Evaluating progress • Provide real-time feedback on the performance of Projects • Inform the review of priorities and allocation of resources. • Provide an opportunity for reflection • Communicate achievements to stakeholders • Assess the value and impact added by working in partnership • Provide lessons for the future involved
