2. Welcome Welcome to the East Tennessee Centralized Clinical Orientation Program. This program was designed to provide you with important information to make your clinical experience more enjoyable, and to ensure a safe learning environment for you and your patients. The program consist of five educational modules titled; Hospital Safety, Infection Control, Age Specific Care, Patient Diversity, and National Safety Goals. Specific information about each clinical site is also included.

Instructions • Read the information contained in each of the five educational modules. • Print and complete the post-test for each of the educational modules. • Read and follow the instructions for the hospital specific information prior to arriving at each site. • Give the post-test and all required documentation to your clinical instructor prior to your clinical rotation.
