  4. If a media center selection deems to be challenged by a student, parent, or faculty member the following procedure outlines the steps to be taken. The challenged material will remain in the library until the challenge process is over. Role of the LMS Challenged Material

  6. Once the final arguments have been made, all parties will vote by secret ballot to determine the removal or non-removal of the media material. The contesting individual will be notified by mail in regards to the summary of decisions and notice of challenge.
