  2. ACGME Guidelines • Sign-out must occur at 5pm, 9pm and 7am on a daily basis • Sign-out must be supervised by the senior residents

  3. Accessing HUH Framework You must be logged into an HUH user account Your username and password are equivalent to the ones used to access ICIP or your huhosp.org emails

  4. Sign-out • After being printed these sign-out sheets should be cleared at 7am • Residents are strongly encouraged to keep their floor censuses on the HUH Framework • Night float residents should hand in their copy of the admission sign-out for that 24 hour period to the chief resident • Preferably one week at a time
