A USB connection connects it to an Android or tablet PC. Vibration data can be streamed in real-time on a chart in the frequency and time domains using the supplied application.

  2. When streaming, vibration data can be recorded and played back in a data viewer on your smartphone or PC. The viewer allows detailed analysis of vibrations both in time and in frequency. A variety of signal processing options are offered, including high-pass, low-pass, and band-pass filters, integrator filters (velocity mode), and dual-integrator filters (displacement mode). FFT-based computations are available for Amplitude Spectrum, Peak and RMS, Power Spectrum, Power Spectral Density, and Amplitude Spectral Density in the frequency domain.
