Location: Grafenwoehr Main Post Bldg. 244, Health and Dental Clinics Bldg 475, DFAC Bldg 101, and USO Bldg 150 Audience: Retirees, Annuitants, and Survivors from Berlin to Grafenwoehr to Garmisch/Munich & Hohenfels attend this annual event. Last year, over 200 attended. Services offered:

Bus services: Runs continual loop to five major locations – Bldg 244, Medical & Dental Clinic, AAFES, USO, DFAC. --Stops at each location approximately every 20 minutes --Stops start and end see attached Shuttle Bus Schedule. Registration: Conducted at Bldg 244 and both doors of Medical/Dental Clinic Entrances; Each retiree is provided a registration packet (events & services listing, facility maps, bus schedule & route map, & feedback form) Refreshments: VFW sponsors cake, Warrant Officers Association provides pastries and fruit plates, DFAC extended lunch hour (1130-1330) RAD Publicity: Retiree Bulletin, Army Europe Bulletin, Requested AFN – 2 minute spots on TV & radio along with interview Bavarian News, Community Newsletter, & Army Echoes,USN Shift Colors,USMC SemperFi, USAF Afterburner, USCG Semper Paratus, Army G-1 Retiree Webpage, USAG Graf Webpage & Share Point Webpage Retiree Council channels/emails & Retiree Bulletin Board. Photos will be taken during the event
