What we do: • They must at least get 2.5 hours of exercise • They also have to take things called space walks that can take up to almost 7 hours they go outside to check the outside of the space station and after they are done they do an hour of recompressing. • We go into space sometimes well some of them do to go to the moon not many people have went to the moon

  3. Work environment: • Some of them live on a space station they say if you want to be a astronaut don’t forget the uncomfortable spaces. • Some work in a space shuttle. • A space shuttle can be very uncomfortable • Most of the time they are in a room inside a building.

  4. Education and training Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science, or mathematics. An advanced degree is desirable. Quality of academic preparation is important.

  5. Hours: Astronauts work up to 55 hours after there hours they go and keep excising because they work in a place with no gravity or they try something called zero gravity and mess around so they need to keep exercising. The shortest amount of hours that they can work is 40 Some astronauts work up to all day and don’t leave till someone's shift starts

  6. Salary: Astronauts make 250,000 a year.
