Cruelty Investigations • Nearly 700 cases yearly • Two full-time cruelty officers • Almost all cases are reported by caring citizens
Pet Adoptions • Must fill out and sign a contract • Pay a fee that includes spay/neutering, license, and a small adoption donation • State law requires all adopted animals be spayed/neutered
In The News • Took in 3,724 cats and kittens last year • Estimated 300 presently in shelter • Zero cages for incoming cats
