AFMC Desired Outcomes • AFMC Customer Outcomes • WAWF- Assist suppliers in implementation and to resolve payment issues • Supplier Performance - Assess and provide supplier performance, risks and history information within 20 workdays • 100% On-Time Delivery - Improve On-time delivery at all suppliers • Repairable Items - Accountability, traceability and on-time delivery • Reduce Total Number of PQDRs from all Suppliers - Reduce Total Number of Delinquencies at all Suppliers to reduce costs and PQDRs • Maintain a current Balanced Score Card (BSC) on all Suppliers - Provide supplier information as requested for the BSC within 20 workdays • Canceling Funds - Executed timely so funds are not lost • Timely Response to Customer Requests for Assistance - Respond within 24 hrs of requests • Market Research – Provide requested information within 20 workdays

Their overarching outcomes to "improve warfighter support while driving down costs" are: • To Achieve AF Goals: • 20% increase in Aircraft Availability • 10% decrease in O&S cost • To Succeed with PSCM: • 50% Decrease in sourcing cycle time • 20% Decrease in Material Purchase and Repair Costs • 20% Increase in Supply Material Availability • 100% On-Time Delivery (Depot Maintenance) • 25% Decrease in flowdays (Depot Maintenance) • 10% Reduction in Costs (Depot Maintenance) • 0 - Zero Defects (Depot Maintenance)
