Function Reports have 3 functions 1. Look back over a time frame to discover who still has unmet reminders 2. Look ahead and get a list of patients coming who need to have a particular reminder done 3. Get summary numbers on percentages of reminders unmet at a site

Editing Templates • At the end, you can change the templates name. • You can create a new template here. Don’t change the name when editing
Access to Templates • CACs have access to all reminder reports and templates • You can give other people access to certain reminder templates • First, the CAC needs to assign the template(s) to the users • Then the user will need access to this option- USR Reminders Due Report (User) [PXRM REMINDERS DUE (USER)]
Reminders Due (User) • After the templates have been assigned to the user and the user has access to the menu option Reminders Due (user) • They can access only those reports Reminders Due Report (User) Select REPORT TEMPLATE:?
