  2. TASSO DI ANALFABETISMO ANCHE DEL 90% ! La Russia ha bisogno di persone istruite che modernizzino il Paese Grande lancio dell’istruzione per combattere l’analfabetismo URSS paese con il maggior numero di diplomati e laureati!

  3. ma tutti questi laureati, una volta al lavoro, PERCEPISCONO STIPENDI BASSI, poco diversi da quelli di operai o altri SCARSA POSSIBILITA’ D’ACQUITO • NO PRODUZIONE DI BENI DI CONSUMO (cosmetici, abbigliamento, ecc.) • NO INDUSTRIA EDILIZIA: abitazioni disagiate e affollatissime • Il settore di punta dell’URSS rimane L’INDUSTRIA PESANTE! Ma il cittadino sovietico ha garantiti dallo stato : -lavoro -abitazione -assistenza sanitaria -pensione
