  7. Crofton Elementary School Vocabulary Parade We will be having a vocabulary parade on June 9th. Here are some ideas to get you started thinking about what you want to do!

  8. Vocabulary Parade! We’re having a Vocabulary Parade! • Think of an interesting word you want to study. It can be a word you saw in a book or a word from Science, Social Studies or Math Tornado!

  10. Vocabulary Parade! You’ll take home some directions to help you with your creation! • Will your hat/costume/poster be: • Creative? • Humorous (funny)? • A difficult word? • Interesting ? • Remember, your costume should be creative, not COSTLY! Use things from home to create your project.

On June 9th, we will parade with pride! • You will march proudly along the parade route, holding your head up and showing off your word! • You will look closely at all of the other marchers so you can learn some new vocabulary words. You will need to learn at least 3 new words! • You will be respectful of others as they march • Enjoy the parade!
