Actions from AQ Review Group 4th November 2008 The xoserve actions were completed and sent with the Meeting Minutes on 14th November 2008 Slide 4 AQ’s Calculated – Actual Calc SP: This slide captures the total volumes for bothsmall and large meter points that have beencalculated by xoserve for theActual Calc. There were more small meter points calculated for 2008, this was due to a number of batch re-runs at the start of the AQ Review for 2008, thiseffectively created theopportunity for Meter Points to be re-visited several time and perhaps later than would have normally happened. This activity increased the volume of meter points thatcalculated as more reads were available on the system. Action (xoserve) Confirm figure quotes forthe calculated meter points for I&C Sector in 2006 is correct. This action was captured previously and presented on the 4th April 2007 as one of the Actions from AQ Meeting in November 2006 : Action 1 Meter Points Calculated: The question was raised as to why the number of LSP Meter Points calculated in 2006 had decreased. SP explained that there had been an error whilst collating the data for this slide, the correct figure was shared with the forum. The correct number of Meter Points calculated as part of Actual 06 is 367,475. Unfortunately this slide was never updated so the incorrect count has been repeated in subsequent forums. The slide has now been updated. Action Closed 5. Trial Calculation The proposed packs were handed out. SP gave the back ground of how the proposed new Trial Calc Pack was produced. Slides from the original Trial Calc werepresented, showing the new slides, confirming which slides have been kept and which have been removed. It was confirmed that the Warning Report (meter points) for SSP and LSP will be sent to each Shipper. It was decided at the Meeting to go ahead with the new Trial Calc presentation pack. 1) Action (xoserve) Warning Report sample to be sent to Shippers. Please find below what the text file of Warning Reasons will look like. Action closed. Version 2.0

  3. Actions from AQ Review Group 4th November 2008 2) Can the Shipper Reference number to put on the Shipper Reports. This information is not available, so we are unable to include this reference number as part of the Shipper Reports. Action Closed 3) Investigate if Threshold Crossers meter points can be sent to each Shipper. Our investigations are complete and xoserve are please to confirm that we are able to deliver the report/data requested. However, please be aware that this report will only be accurate at the time of its production, so it will not capture any transfer of ownerships (gains and loses) from that date going forward. Please find below an example how this data will be issued to you. Action Closed 4) Investigate if Carried Forward meter points from the Database can be sent to shippers. Of the Meter Points that are allocated a decision of being Carried Forward the majority of Meter Points are already on the Warning Report. As stated in Action 1 the Warning Report will be distributed according to the ownership of the Meter Point. Action Closed 6. Questions and Answers Various questions were asked concerning File Level Rejections. The same response file numbers have been sent to Shippers Action (Shipper) LEP (EB) to send example for xoserve to investigate. Erin Brassel (EB) statedthat duplicate NRM Files weresent to Shippers. Action (Shipper) LEP (EB) to send example for xoserve to investigate. EB stated that she had examples ofWC values that areabove the xoserve proposed AQ on the NRL files.
