  2. EL METODO USADO PARA TRASPORTAR EL CONCRETO DEPENDE DE CUAL ES EL MENOR COSTO Y EL MAS FACIL PARA EL TAMAÑO DE LA OBRA ALGUNAS FORMAS PARA TRANSPORTAR EL CONCRETO PUEDEN SER:

  3. OBRAS GRAN MAGNITUD • UNA BOMBA DE CONCRETO • UN CAMION DE CONCRETO

  4. UNA GRUA • UNA BANDA TRANSPORTADORA

  5. PEQUEÑA MAGNITUD • CARRETILLA • BOTES

  6. PUTOS IMPORTANTES • SIEMPRE SE DEBE TRANSPORTAR EL CONCRETO EN UNA CANTIDAD TAN PEQUEÑA COMO SEA POSIBLE PARA REDUCIR LOS PROBLEMAS DE SEGREGACION Y DESPERDICIO

  7. AL COLOCAR EL CONCRETO HAY QUE TENER CUIDADO EN NO DAÑAR NI MOVER LA CIMBRA Y EL ACERO DE REFUERZO. • HAY QUE COLOCAR TAN CERCA COMO SE POSIBLE DE SU POSICION FINAL.

  8. AL TRANSPORTAR Y COLOCAR EL CONCRETO HAY QUE EVITAR TRES PUNTOS MUY IMPORTANTES: RETRASOS SEGREGACIÓN DESPERDICIO

RETRASOS • PUEDEN CAUSAR QUE EL CONCRETO PIERDA REVENIMIENTO Y SE PONGA RIGIDO. • LOS RETRASOS SON UN PROBLEMA MAYOR EN UN DIA CALUROSO O CON VIENTO PORQUE EL CONCRETO SE SECA Y SE PONE RIGIDO MAS RAPIDO. • PARA EVITAR RETRASOS PLANEE CON ANTICIPACION Y VERIFIQUE QUE TODOS LOS TRABAJADORES, HERRAMIENTES Y CONTENEDORES ESTEN LISTOS AL IGUAL QUE LAS PREPARACIONES PARA LA COLOCACON.

  10. SEGREGACIÓN ESTA PUEDE DARSE DURANTE EL MEZCLADO, TRANSPORTADO, COLOCADO O COMPACTADO. ASI QUE ÉSTA HARÁ QUE EL CONCRETO SEA MAS DEBIL Y MENOS DURABLE.

  11. DESPERDICIO Puede ser costoso, especialmente en obras pequeñas. Para minimizar el desperdicio se tiene que mezclar, cargar, transportar y colocar cuidadosamente cada material.

  12. conclusión El concreto deberá transportarse de la forma mas rápida y directa posible al sitio de destino, y por el método mas adecuado para la obra correspondiente, para así evitar la segregación de los materiales
