The Role….. • Reports to the Chief Executive and coordinates with the OES Inland Region on all matters regarding the allocation of resources from outside the Operational Area. • Ensures EOC staff submits all required reports on time. • Manages EOC actions in the transition from response to recovery. • Is responsible for all actions of the EOC staff. Provide a secure environment in the EOC and supporting facilities. • Control personnel access to facilities in accordance with policies established by the EOC Director. • Determine what security requirements are necessary and establish staffing as needed. • Determine needs for special communications.
