You will be required to be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of three years experience in a laboratory environment (ideally with blood group serology) at a decision making level. You must have good communications skills and a working knowledge of core IT packages. Experience in the biotechnology industry is desirable but not essential.
