Conclusions • Low response rate, but major systems with the exception of CPT and Read responded • At least one terminology for each of the domains specified in the survey • Variation in license and fee structure • With the exception of the terminologies in the public domain, licenses are likely to be required for domain specification, message sending, and message receipt
