The participants will be provided with tools they could use immediately for their own personal growth, as well as to uplift their private and working relationships. • Participants of this course could be employees of an organization who are leaders or supervisors in their own groups.

Instructor • Nikolas Trebesh, B. Ed, M. Ed., is an educator, who taught in Canada, Middle East and Ukraine. He is an inspiring speaker on the leadership and character education, the cultivation of virtues, multicultural music and global issues. Nikolas, studies global issues and gives seminars and workshops on leadership, successful communication and character development. Nikolas is also a member of the British Columbia College of Teachers (Canada), Canadian Music Educator’s Association • (CMEA) and British Columbia Music Educator’s Association (BCMEA).
