  6. FORMATION OF KLISC (Consortium) • SCANUL-ECS in 2002 • Decreasing budgets • Pressure from PERI Initiative • Collective Subscription

OVERVIEW TO INASP & PERI • International Network for Availability of Scientific Publication (INASP) • Program for the Enhancement of Research Information (PERI) • Charity Organization • From 2000 to assist developing countries :- Access, disseminate, evaluate and utilize e-resources?
