Leadership Training The Academy for Leadership Training and Development has been offering programs for community and technical college leaders since 1992 4,000 + leaders have participated worldwide.   7. Practicum • This is perhaps the most important area: • the implementation of IPDP • reflective practice and journaling • electronic networking with Academy liaison and coach and other Academy participants • work with a mentor • Provides the optimal leadership learning experience.
