SCOPE: Registration Of your Unit, obtaining trade mark, Indian standard certifications, supply you required machines, assist in installation, and provide training support at our training support centre at Bangalore OR Bhubaneswar. We also provide manufacturing training support at your place at extra cost. We help you source raw materials and arrange tie-up with Major Agarbathi Companies for buy back arrangement for minimum 3 y agreement . The production quality  shall be as per their specifications.

INVESTMENT: There are 3 modules to establish this type of units Module A : Investment Of ` 4.0 Lakhs (manual pedal machines) Module B : Investment Of ` 5.5 Lakhs (semi-automatic machines) Module C : Investment Of ` 9.0 Lakhs (automatic machines) PROFIT: Net profit in Module A will be ` 50,000/month Net profit in Module B will be ` 1,25,000/month Minimum Net profit in Module C will be ` 2,25,000/month We will give approval to start the industry according to the viabilities of the Business after discussion with you regarding your place of unit and investment capabilities.

Price ` 35,000.00 of 40 Kg capacity 1.5 HP One machine will produce minimum12 Kgs of DRIED BATTIS per 8 H Minimum 10 pedal machines to be installed for Buy Back agreement.. 10 Pedal machines @22,000X10 : ` 2,20,000.00 1 no blender/mixer machine : ` 35,000.00 Container/trays/accessories : ` 45,000.00 Sitting benches & accessories : ` 10,000.00 Minimum Investment for machinery around ` 3, 10,000.00 + Working Capital of 40,000=00+ Non-Refundable consultancy fees Of Rs ` 50,000.00 Total Investment Approx ` 4, 00,000.00 Minimum Net profit is ` 48,000.00 Net profit can be calculated according to the distance/Transportation/Labour cost in your area Minimum 500 Sq ft of work shed & 500 Sq ft of vacant place is required.

Price ` 35,000/- 40 Kg capacity 1.5 HP One machine will produce minimum 30 Kgs of dried battis per 8 H Minimum 3 semi automatic Machines to be installed for Buy Back agreement 5 nos semi automatic Machines 4,00,000.00 1 no Blender/mixing machine ` 35,000.00 Container/stools & accessories ` 45,000.00 Minimum Investment for machinery around ` 4,80,000.00 + Working Capital of ` 1,00,000.00 + Non-Refundable consultancy fees Of ` 70,000.00 Minimum Net profit is ` 1,25,000.00 Net profit can be calculated according to the distance/Transportation/ Labour cost in your area Minimum 500 Sq ft of work shed & 500 Sq ft of vacant place is required

Price `Rs 80,000.00 Of 40 Kg capacity 1.5 HP One machine will produce minimum 40 Kgs of dried battis per 8 H Minimum 4 Automatic machines to be installed for Buy Back agreement Minimum Investment for machinery around ` 5,40,000.00 Tolls and accessories . 1,00,000.00 + Working Capital ` 1,00,000.00 +Non refundable Consultancy fees Of ` 1,00,000.00 Minimum Net profit is : ` 2,00,000.00 Net profit can be calculated according to the distance/Transportation/ Labour cost in your area Minimum 500 Squire feats of work shed & 500 Sq Ft. of vacant place is required
