WHAT IS IT? • WHAT IS ANCHOR FORESTRY? • The application of Tribal Forestry over landscapes that contain borders which define ownership and use. • Practice is not exclusive to tribal lands and can be expanded to improve overall forest health and productivity. • Universal ownership and results – economic and environmental benefits connects multiple stakeholders through the sharing of large adjacent landscapes. • WHAT IS AN ANCHOR FOREST? • The forest on which Anchor Forestry is practiced.
