Picture of a tree being chopped down Imagine if this is the only tree left in the forest in the forest . It has just been chopped down.
Trees are important because • They suck in all the carbon dioxide from the air and use it to grow there trunk, leaves, roots and also oxygen.
What happens to trees when they die • They let all the carbon dioxide out back into the atmosphere again, but we can stop this by cutting down the trees before they die. So that do not let the carbon dioxide back into the atmosphere.
Global warming • This could be the only polar bear left in the world. It might not even make it to the closest island. This has happened because global warming has melted the polar bears habitat.
We can stop this by. Every one tree we chop down we can replant three new ones.
