  2. Font Size • Bulleted items should be at least a font size of 24 point. • The title should be at least a 36- 40 point font size.

  3. Font Styles • Choose a clean font that is easy to read. • Sample of a font that are easy to read; for instance - Arial • Stick with one or two types of fonts.

  4. Line spacing increased “before and after paragraph”. Introduction (36 point) • Heading (32 point) • 2nd heading (28 point) • Data (24 point) • Data1 information (22 point) Don’t “crowd” your slide!!

  5. Bullets • Keep bullets to one line, two at the most. • Limit the number of bullets on a slide (no more than 4-5 bullets) • Don’t crowd bullets (increase line spacing before and after paragraphs)

  6. Content • Each point should be limited to oneline - two at most. • Each point should be used to “cue” the audience -not to have them read the entire text

  7. Backgrounds • Select backgrounds that are visually easy to see; e.g., blue background, white text • Acceptable backgrounds: • Blue background, white text • White background, black text
