SEAI – Sustainable Energy Community ‘a community in which everyone works together to develop a sustainable-energy system. To do so, they aim as far as possible to be energy-efficient, to use renewable energy and to develop decentralised energy supplies. This integrated approach allows for a balance of demand and supply, which gives the community greater energy autonomy.’
Key Aims of the emerge Project To provide a networking platform and open forum for discussion on energy topics. To share best practice examples of sustainable energy for easy replication and adaptation. To connect individual sustainable energy projects in Dublin City.
How? Project 1: Branding We wanted to reflect the key objectives of the project and also to create a recognisable symbol to help with networking. Emerge = Merging and sharing of knowledge with the result of new projects being created
