  1. Sculpture 2 Project: Mixed media with an emphasis on a found object(s). Careful thought should be given to the full integration of the found object and its history, original function, and symbolism. Conceptual Parameters: The student will create a sculpture that investigates the idea of a personal narrative with an emphasis on how the student relates to ? (environment, history, etc….). Presentation will include images of works that illustrates the use of a found material, works that investigate narrative, and some works that do both. Topics addressed: *Art History *History *Contemporary China *Contemporary Works
