  2. Required Documents • All required documents must be turned in by 4:30 on last day of Academy session. No exceptions. • Roster / Attendance (include students’ id’s) • Lesson Plans • Parent Contact Log • Green Time Sheet – signed by Administrator • Hand deliver your own documents.

  3. Class Size • Student / teacher ratio – minimum of 10 students, no more than 18. • Classes with less than 10 students will have to be collapsed.

  4. Changes • 3-day session • Time 8:30 – 2:30 (Students) • Teachers arrive at 8:15 and leave at 2:45 • Lesson plan / Daily schedule template • Teachers will be compensated for 2 hrs. of lesson planning • Lesson plans must be submitted by March 30, 4:00 p.m. to get paid (e-mail or hand deliver) • Teachers splitting teaching assignment will split lesson planning pay

  6. DR / DM • Lesson plans are ready for assigning • Assign activities to all students • All students use their log-in(student sisd username for both log-in and password) • Usage low in fall
