  5. Advantages of topical over infilterative. • No complications like; -R.B.H -Inj in eye ball -Optic nerve inj. -Muscle injury -Cardio vascular side effects. - post op black eye. Etc

  7. Conclusion • Temporal clear corneal incision under topical an aesthesia for MSICS is very economic but equally safe and efficient procedure. More so for the bulk surgery especially in developing nations .
