RUR@CT EGTC PERSPECTIVE Which objectives ? • Better taking into account the needs of the Regions • Strengthening the efficiency of the transfer process • Ensuring the stability and sustainability of the network after 2013 • Sharing the responsibilities and fundings between the Regions • Enhancing the visibility of the network to the EU institutions
Possible role of the EGTC RUR@CT EGTC PERSPECTIVE Which common framework and activities ? A « targeted analysis » in response the the Regions’ needs Expression of needs(‘Need’ Fact Sheet) RUR@CT Regions RUR@CT database Researching the Good Practice (pre-selection of 4 or 5 GPs) ‘Good Practice’ Fact Sheets no. 1 & 2 Other databases and networks Matching analysis(Grid of criteria « need/GP ») Selecting the GP to be transferred TRANSFER
RUR@CT EGTC PERSPECTIVE Which common framework and activities ? Possible role of the EGTC ‘Need’ Fact Sheet Fact Sheets no. 1 Matching analysis(Grid of criteria) Fact Sheets no. 2 • ….. ? • …...? • …...? • …...? • ...…?
RUR@CT EGTC PERSPECTIVE Arising key questions How EGTC can support and facilitate interregional cooperation ? • Is EGTC compatible with an evolutive and multifunctional partnership ? (possible integration of new members every year, different levels of implication and financial contribution depending on roles & expected added-value) • Is EGTC adapted for managing several « bilateral » projects (transfer of good practices between exporting & importing regions) with a common methodology ? (or is it preferable to have one single common project involving all partners ?) • Is EGTC relevant for sharing benchmarking & transfer activities ?(searching & capitalizing good practices, matching analysis, elaboration of action plan…)
