  5. Verbs ending in –yer have spelling changes in all forms except nous and vous. • nettoyer to clean • balayer to sweep • envoyer to send • essayer de to try to/on • payer to pay Conjugate –yer verbs en français! -yer verbs

  6. Change the y to an iin the boot (je, tu, il, and ils)! -yer verbs
