  2. CONTROLE NEUROLÓGICO NORMAL DA MICÇÃO Bexiga Musculatura detrusora Esfincter Inervação periférica Centro Medular Sacral da micção Vias Ascendentes Centros Corticais Vias Descendentes C.S. INIBIÇÃO “LIBERAÇÃO”

  3. Se a lesão de medula PRESERVA o Centro Sacral: Completa = bexiga reflexa(não sente e não inibe) Incompleta = bexiga nãoinibida(sente mas não inibe)

  4. Se a LM COMPROMETE o Centro Sacral: Bexiga autônoma ou flácida (esvazia por gotejamento = “transborda”)

  5. TRATAMENTO UROLÓGICO ( VITAL): • Avaliação clínica e exames específicos • Diagnóstico da disfunção • Orientação esvaziamento vesical • Prevenção de complicações • Orientação sexual

  6. COMPLICAÇÕES UROLÓGICAS: • ITUs de repetição • Cálculos vesicais • Dissinergismo vésico-esfincteriano • Hidronefrose • Insuficiência renal

  8. ALTERAÇÕES DA FUNÇÃO SEXUAL: Sexo masculino : disfunção erétil infertilidade Sexo feminino : fertilidade preservada
