  3. Negative Affects of Games On Young Adults • Divert one’s priorities (play “Grand Theft Auto” on the Playstation instead of studying.)

  4. Positive Affects • Increases hand-eye coordination abilities • Can be an outlet for those under a significant amount of stress, or merely teenagers belonging to the “out-group.” It is possible that video games are a way for them to deflect their aggression.
