Rehearsal schedule • Saturdays • May 22, 9:00-12:00 • May 29, 9:00-12:00 • June 5, 9:00-12:00 • June 12, 9:00-12:00 • Thursday June 17, 9:00-12:00 • Friday June 18, 9:00-12 and 1:00-3:00 • Saturday June 19, 9:00-12 and 1:00-3:00 • Monday June 21, 9:00-12:00 -- Farewell concert at 1:00 • Location - most likely in the band room if we are at Exeter.

  4. Student Rooming • Three female or male musicians per room • Students propose rooming groups • Room captain designated • Room captain turns in rooming form at May 22 rehearsal • Any remaining un-assigned students will be assigned a room • No room changes during trip will be entertained

  5. Luggage restrictions / guidance • Tour restrictions • One checked bag (traveler able to transport) • One carry-on bag that fits in the overhead compartment on plane or under the seat in front of passenger • Guidance • Do not check valuables or money • Consolidate small musical instruments in carry-on • Pack medication in carry-on • Airline restrictions – weight, size, contents www.britishairways.com

  6. Passport rules • Passport must be kept on person concealed under clothing in a passport pouch at all times. • Never leave behind in hotel room, in luggage, or carry in purse / backpack • Leave a copy of passport at home • Bring a copy of passport on trip and keep in a secure place separate from your passport

  7. Attire • Casual • Flight days – tour shirt must be worn • Everyday attire should be comfortable and conservative Provocative Indiscreet, Political, Dirty / Torn, Profane

  8. Attire • Concert – Musicians • Female • Black shoes and dress or blouse and skirt / pants • Short or no sleeves permitted – no spaghetti or strapless • Full length pants or skirt/dress required • Male • Black shoes and socks, black suit or tux, white full length sleeve shirt and black bow tie • Concert – Guests • Everyday attire to summer evening attire acceptable

  9. Spending money • Required • Lunch ~ $10 per day • Souvenirs / gifts • Recommend • Limited cash be carried • Conversion to country currency as needed • Use of ATMs for best currency conversion • AAA Visa TravelMoney card

  10. Communication home • Hotel phones can not be used • International cell phones – personal decision • Phone cards • Looking for volunteer for internet updates

  11. Final payment • Invoices will be sent on May 10th, due May 24th • All participants must be fully paid up prior to departure

  12. Travel Day • Departure – meet at 11:30am • Location – TBD • Must wear Tour shirt and show passport on person in passport pouch
