PLAN • โครงการพัฒนาเครือข่ายดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง • โครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์เพื่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง • โครงการจัดหาครุภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์สำหรับเครือข่ายทางด่วนโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง • โครงการสร้งความตระหนักแก่ประชาชนในเรื่องโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง • โครงการคัดกรองความเสี่ยงโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

Training • Stroke Nurse • ๔ เดือน ที่สถาบันประสาทวิทยา ( < ๔๐ คน/ปี) • Stroke Case Manager • ๑-๒ สัปดาห์ มีหลักสูตรกลางที่สถาบันประสาทวิทยา • โรงพยาบาล A และ โรงพยาบาลประสาทเชียงใหม่สามารถจัดได้ • พฤศจิกายน ๕๗ • แม่ฮ่องสอนจัดทีม แพทย์ พยาบาล ( ER ICU Ward) เภสัช OT/PT ๑๐ คน ฝึกปฏิบัติที่โรงพยาบาลประสาทเชียงใหม่ ๑๐ วัน

  10. อนาคต • Stroke Unit ครบ ๘ จังหวัด ? • คุณภาพของ SU SFT (certified Stroke Center) • STF rt-PA M1 ฝาง จอมทอง ..... ( รพ ที่มี CT) • (ตอนนี้มีที่เชียงคำ) • Community Based Rehab .. Ward ที่ รพข, รพสต , ชุมชน
